On Windows, use Incy or V2RayTun. Download the installer, run it — the rest works just like on a phone.
Install the app
Download and run the Incy or V2RayTun installer.

Get a subscription
Sign up on the website or open the FreeSurfer bot in Telegram — the trial is free, no card needed. Under Devices, tap Add and choose Windows.
Turn on the VPN
Your account opens the app and adds the subscription for you. If Windows asks to allow changes, answer Yes, then turn the connection on.
